What is the Brick House Studio?
Welcome to our creative rental space, specially designed with photographers in mind! While we don't provide photography services, we're excited to offer you a charming studio where you can bring your vision to life. When renting our space, you can access an excellent selection of props, furniture, and other items to enhance your photography. Our studio is available for hourly rentals, making it easy to fit into your schedule. We can't wait to see what you create!

Having an Event or Party?

Can you tour the studio before booking?
Absolutely! Just email brickhousephotostudio@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to set up a time for your tour. We can't wait to show you around!

Do you allow pets?
Yes! We love our pets. All we ask is that you email us in advance (brickhousephotostudio@gmail.com)

We're excited to help make your wedding day special! Feel free to ask questions or for more information before you book. 

Cleaning up
We hope you have a wonderful experience in our space! Just a reminder: please include setup and breakdown time in your reservation. Let's allow enough time to prepare for your session, whether setting up backdrops or working with artists and stylists, and some time for cleaning up afterward. We appreciate you treating our space with care and respect, just like your own. Please leave it in the same condition you found it; there might be another photographer scheduled right after you!

We suggest booking at least two hours if you plan to fill the tub. Filling and draining the tub takes some time, and we want to ensure you have enough time to clean it before the next rental.

Lastly, if you run a bit over and enter someone else's reserved time, we'll need to charge you for an extra hour and any inconvenience caused to the next photographer or client. I appreciate your understanding, and we hope you have a fantastic session!

A quick note: please take a moment to educate your clients about the space. They may not know what to expect, so it really helps if you can remind them to clean their shoes before entering. If they’ve been walking in snow or rain, suggesting they bring a change of shoes to swap at the door is a great idea. It keeps the floors clean for all of us!

Also, a friendly reminder for parents: keeping a close eye on the little ones helps us all maintain the cleanliness of the space.

A few important reminders:
Please avoid food and drinks on the bed and furniture.
No Glitter.

We kindly ask that you leave the area as you found it. A little sweeping or wiping up any marks on the floor at the end of your rental goes a long way in making it nice for the next person. There’s usually someone coming in after you who will appreciate it just as much!

If you think our guidelines are a bit much, feel free to check out other white studios and their policies. We’re genuinely laid-back and don’t ask for much! We’ve put a lot of love into this space, and we really hope you treat it like your own home.
